What documents are required to rent a car in Dubai?

Passport holders of GCC, US, UK, CANADA, and certain other countries can drive on their home country license in the UAE.

Is insurance included in the car rental price?

Insurance is included in the car rental price, but there are certain insurance rules.
If the client gets into an accident due to his fault (red police report), the client must pay a fine of 1500 dirhams.
If the driver is innocent (green police report), the client does not pay anything.
The insurance applies only to drivers specified in the rental agreement.

What are the penalties in the UAE for traffic violations?

Fines in the UAE are quite high and can range from 200 to 50,000 dirhams, for example, if the speed limit is violated by 20-30 km / h, the UAE police will issue a fine of about 600 AED AND exceeding from 30 to 40 km / h — 700 AED. If the speed exceeds 60 km/h, the police can confiscate the car, and if driving more than 80 km/ h from the established limit, they can issue a license revocation. For participating in illegal races on public roads, a fine of 2,000 AED is charged with the possible arrest of the driver.
Running a red light is punishable by a fine of 50 000 dirhams and the arrest of the car.

You can rent a car in our company upon reaching the age of 21.

Can you deliver and pick up a car at Dubai airport or hotel?

Of course, we try to make the car rental service as convenient as possible for our client, but this service is paid and costs 100 dirhams for delivery/pick-up.

If I plan my trips with a child, can I rent a safe CHILD SEAT?

The safety of young passengers is very important to us, so we provide the opportunity to rent a child safety seat for children of any age. The rental price is 30 dirhams per seat per day.

Do I have to pay extra for insurance, car wash, Petrol/Fuel?

Insurance is included in the price. If dry cleaning is required after renting a car, then you will have to pay 250-500 dirhams UAE for cleaning the car. It will depend on the model and the degree of contamination of the interior. If the car is returned in good condition, there is no need for an additional car wash.

With fuel/petrol, everything is also simple — we provide you with a car with a full tank, and you return the car with a full tank as well. But if for some reason you could not refuel, then this is not a problem, you can pay for it when returning the car, or we can deduct the cost of fuel from the deposit.

Where and how many km can I drive in a rented car?

You can travel by rented car throughout the UAE. Leaving the country requires additional documents to pass the border.

The daily mileage is limited to 150-200 km.

If you have driven more than a certain amount, you will have to pay an additional 10 dirhams for each kilometer exceeding the established limit.
